We’re not responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determinate these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may or will be.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchased products, you can send the products back within 14 days. The costs and risks of returns are for your own account. Make sure you add your name, address, order number and/or packing slip.
In the meanwhile, you can buy the (returned) product in the right size and/or color.

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after reception, if it meets the conditions below:
– the product is originally packed with original tags attached;
– the product is unworn and unwashed;
– you did not try to repair a defect yourself;
– the return parcel is sufficiently stamped.
If the return and/or product do not meet the conditions above, we can’t accept your return. The parcel will be send back to you at your own costs.
Important: if you are sending back goods from outside the EU, mark them as returned goods with 0 USD/EUR customs value. Otherwise we are charged for the return and cannot accept it.
